Canon Details	The Owl House is about a human girl, Luz, who goes to the "demon world" on the Boiling Isles and meets Eda, a powerful older witch who practices "wild magic" without being a part of any coven. As the show has continued, we have learned that the existing government has only been around for the last 50 years. Luz begins learning magic through old forgotten glyphs and sigils to the surprise of the witches around her as she tries to find a way back home.

15 Second Summary	Raine is a bard witch, and the recently appointed head of the Bard Coven. Basically, they cast spells through music. Raine seems to focus solely on violin playing and is skilled enough that they climbed the ranks to achieve their new high position. They are, however, also secretly the leader of a small group of rebels wanting to change the Coven system, feeling it's unjust and a means for the emperor to control the witches and magic on the Boiling Isles. Just don't make them try to give speeches in public. It goes badly with their stage fright. Raine also grew up and went to school with Eda, dating her for some time until they decided to join the Bard coven and broke things off with her.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	Raine casts magic and spells with their music! They can seemingly poof their instrument from wherever, use their music to control others' motions, and who knows what else. Bard magic hasn't been fully explored or explained. However, because of the tattoo showing they are part of the Bard Coven, every other kind of magic is sealed and they cannot perform anything except bard magic.
